THE PRICE REFERS TO A TILE 1MT x 1MT 2CM Do you really know how to choose the perfect flooring for your Box? 1) The most suitable flooring for Weight Lifting, barbell drop, Power Lifting and similar kind of workout is made of rubber. Plastic, PVC, PE and similar are not suitable at all. 2) The rubber to be used should be recycled SBR (and/or EPDM) and it should come just from non-older than 5 years used car tires. That’s the way to have a no-smell and color-fading-proof flooring. 3) Avoid colored flooring where color comes from painted SBR granules: such color shall turn-back in to black in a while. Colors must be provided by the use of colored EPDM granules. 4) The most suitable thickness for a Weight Lifting rubber flooring is 2 cm : the thicker the better for equipment and underneath longer lasting as long as for neighborhood good relationships… 5) The rubber granules used to produce the flooring should be as finer as possible: best is less than 1 mm. diameter and such fine granules should be used all along the thickness of the tile (….not just on top layer so to save production cost. 6) Why the finest the better: having a really fine rubber surface will also result in to easy-day-cleaning. Coarse granules flooring are almost impossible to be cleaned and your Box will be plenty of granules everywhere. 7) The density of a good rubber flooring shouldn’t be lower than 950 Kg./cubic meter and higher than 1000/Kg./cubic meter. 8) The right density + fine granules = an almost water-proof flooring that stop humidity to pass thru and thus bacteria and smell to come up. 9) Why the highest density is not the better one: the higher means the harder and so easy to get-broken and not suitable for all-day-long standing and working out. Your joints and ligaments will thank you for choosing the right hardness flooring. 10) Why the lowest density is not the better one: it will let you save money…but it will force you to buy twice too. 11) Should the flooring be made of tiles, the same should be grout-lines free. Grout lines are the perfect place where dust, chalk and bacteria can go. 12) The rubber flooring should feature at least an DIN 4102 B2 (resistant for flames and heat) DENSITY KG/M³: • PROFESSIONAL - DIN EN ISO 950-1000 kg / m³ +/- 5% • STANDARD - DIN EN ISO 950-980 kg / m³ +/- 5% TILES DIMENSIONS: • PROFESSIONAL 2 cm thickness - lenght 1m, width 1m • STANDARD 2 cm di spessore - thickness - lenght 1m, width 1m DIMENSION TOLERANCE: wg DIN 7715-5 Klasse P3 Thicknessesi (mm) 3-15 mm +/- 0,6 mm (da 12 millimetri +/- 1mm) TENSILE STRENGHT: DIN EN ISO 1798 *> 1,0 N / mm² ELONGATION AT BREAK: DIN EN ISO 1798 il 70% FRICTION FACTOR: μ ** GS-V-28 0,6 HEAT CONDUCTIVITY: 0,14 W / m K - DIN 52612 CLASS OF BUILDING MATERIALS: DIN 4102 B2 (resistant for flames and heat)Additional Information
